Haven't read it yet, but love the premise. Expecting men and women to follow identical career paths is as logical as expecting men and women to dress the same. The testosterone and oxytocin research explains a lot about how men and women do business differently. The sooner we accept differing goals, strengths, and life purposes without trying to rank order them, the sooner we can get to a place of real equality.
I hope we can ultimately get to a point where one is not considered better or worse, nor do we focus on the gap between the two, but rather the two sides are seen as opposite poles of one continuum - equally valid and a learning platform for the male and feminine sides present in all of us.
