That quote says it all. For companies to thrive in the future (and frankly, in the present), they need to learn how to create a more 


Those purses of ours are not just fashion statements - they are instruments of power. Since women control the majority of the purchasing power in the US (a trend which will ultimately trickle through the rest of society as economies develop), it only makes sense that the companies that pay more attention to the the thoughts, opinions and suggestions of women by putting them in power positions will prosper as a result. As women rise, so shall corporate profits. What a nice thought.
