		<description>Classic! I think there is always such a struggle "when the rubber meets the road." In this case, they're identifying what works, they've done the research, and they've targeted their audience but either they weren't able to find qualified leadership or they're unable/unwilling to change business as usual.

I heard Carol Williams ($300m in revenue, woman-owned, African-American owned marketing firm) speak about her early days, in a meeting for creative ideas for selling feminine products: she was the only woman in the group and she said that there was a serious idea on the table to use a "dancing tampon."

 I hope that doesn't fit this situation! I also hope they don't literally try walking 20 ft in someone's Jimmy Choos.</description>
