The gender gap in the biotech and pharma industries is large as you can see in the Women in STEM Careers and the Gender Gap infographic that we shared on Women on Business last month. However, there is hope as explained by the top 10 women in biotech last year.
Could we see four or more women on the list of the top 25 most influential people in biopharma in 2014? The gender gap needs to narrow.
