Atlanta, GA, March 5, 2012: Choosey Chicks, a female-owned women’s lifestyle brand, announced today that the company has signed a three year exclusive licensing agreement with Boxercraft Incorporated, the nation’s leading spirit wear provider. Choosey Chicks’ original graphic designs and positive messages will now appear on a variety of Boxercraft apparel including, but not limited to: tees and sweatshirts, sweatpants, tank tops, shorts, boxers, lounge pants, and fashion tops. The Choosey Chicks by Boxercraft collection debuted this month at MAGIC in Las Vegas and will be available Spring 2012 at select retailers.
Boxercraft was the first company to capitalize on the trend of taking boxers “from underwear to outerwear”. They now offer over 150 styles of spirit wear and custom imprinting to the decorator, retail, private label, and promotional products marketplaces. “We couldn’t have been happier that Choosey Chicks, a brand that takes choices to heart, selected Boxercraft as its exclusive apparel partner,” said Charles Sutlief, Boxercraft’s CEO. “We believe Boxercraft’s fashionable apparel complements Choosey Chicks’ brand message and graphics well.” Based in Atlanta, Boxercraft merchandise is available nationally through mass retailers; department, mid-tier, sporting goods, and specialty stores; military bases and exchanges; college bookstores; and the internet, including Boxercraft’s own website, www.boxercraft.com.
The Choosey Chicks concept started with a juniors’ line of fashion tee shirts communicating the importance of making positive choices in life. They are now the only company in their category whose designs and messages are featured on three ring binders, spiral bound notebooks, pocket folders, greeting cards, and now a wide range of apparel beyond tee shirts. “Boxercraft is just incredible. We are thrilled to be partnering with an apparel company that understands the importance of spreading our positive messages to a broad audience,” says Choosey Chicks partner, Sara Cook. The contract with Boxercraft is the fourth licensing agreement that Choosey Chicks has secured within the past 18 months.
