Richmond, Virginia, November 2010–Artist and designer, Karen Bullard, turned her whimsical illustrations into an array of elegant stationery products offering a charming selection to the marketplace. Launched in 2004, the
karen cole paper brand has been distributed to stationery stores nationwide.
With the success of her paper products in stores and online, Karen wanted to focus on her retail roots. “I started my career in a retail interior design boutique and really enjoyed assisting customers achieve their vision. I’ve always loved stationery and am thrilled to be able to combine my two loves.”

Giving Back
Bullard has decided to donate a percentage of sales every year to local children’s cancer charities.
Bullard, the mom of two, resides in the Virginia horse country with her husband and two children a menagerie of animals.
