How does your state stack up to the other 49 based on financial benefits and pitfalls to residents? Which is the best state to live in depending on your financial situation?
A new interactive infographic from MoneyChoice.org provides all of the details on median income, GDP, average home listing, number of millionaires, poverty rate, well being, employment rate, tax burden, and minimum wage. You can also compare states against the national average for each factor.
You’ll also find some really interesting information in the interactive infographic. For example, did you know that Alaska ranks second based on number of millionaires and it ranks twelfth based on its poverty level? Did you know that Iowa ranks first based on its poverty level but ninth based on well being, which is a combination of factors like physical health, emotional health, healthy behavior, work environment, and access to necessities?
