Siteforcare provides a variety of web based tools that benefit both seekers and providers of daycare. Parents looking for daycare can search by location, schedule, price, and current availability, and can check photos, references and reviews written by other parents. Providers get their services listed along with information and photos, verification of licensing, inspection and reference information and automatic cross listing on major social networks.
Siteforcare was conceived and created by James Wachira as a way to create a significant social benefit using his skills and following his passion for entrepreneurship.
The site has listings for many U.S cities and currently is concentrating on improving the detail, working with daycare providers in the San Francisco Bay Area where the company is based.
Siteforcare is free for daycare seekers and basic listing services are free for providers. For the next 12 months, during development of more features and expansion to a larger number of providers, all services to provider will be free. Once the coverage is nationwide, fees to providers will be very low.
